We can never guarantee an AM delivery due to Weddings and Funeral work that comes in, but we will always treat every order in the same way.

At Heaven On Earth we guarantee all our flowers for 5-7 days, but remember flowers are a living thing and require fresh water and light. Should you be disappointed in your flowers for whatever reason please bring them back within the 7 days where a member of staff will exchange to the equivalent value.
